This historic town house is located in a very quiet area of Sóller. You can reach the town center in about 5 minutes on foot. You park about 50 m away from the house and access over a private way only for neighbours.

Outside there is a lovely garden area with a porche construction to allowe shade on hot days. This area is perfect to enjoy mallorcan life outside with a view to the mountains. A little construction is used as utility room which also functions as a bathroom.

Entering the ground floor area of the house you find yourself in the living and dining room and attached the traditional kitchen. The stone floor and staircase up as well as kitchen are all autentic mallorquin. For the colder months there is a modern pellet stove in the living room, which also heats the upper rooms.

On the mezzanine there is a large bedroom.

On the first floor there are two more bedrooms and a large, bright bathroom. The bedrooms have a fantastic views to the surrounding Tramuntana mountains.
